Bright Homes Construction Pty Ltd is a residential builder and does not provide credit, financial advice or finance approvals.

Where you request assistance with finance, your enquiry may be referred to BTB Wealth Pty Ltd trading as BTB Money – Australian Credit Licence 387381, or we may refer you to another appropriately authorised mortgage broker, finance brokerage, lender or financial institution.

Where permitted and with your consent where required, we may provide relevant personal information to the finance provider or broker for the purpose of assisting with your finance enquiry.

Bright Homes acts only as a referral source in relation to finance. Any finance application, assessment, recommendation, approval, processing, lending decision, documentation or financial advice is undertaken independently by the relevant broker, lender or financial institution.

Bright Homes does not guarantee finance approval and accepts no responsibility for the finance application, assessment, approval, processing, timing, lending decision or outcome. All finance is subject to the relevant provider’s eligibility requirements, lending criteria, terms and conditions and regulatory obligations.
